📝 Section Description:
Ricao is a key section of the Sella River, located at km 1.2 from Arriondas, and represents one of the first technical challenges of the descent.
Here begins a pronounced rapid featuring a strong current on the left bank, causing canoes, kayaks, or SUP boards to quickly gain speed.
At this point, there is an accessible platform on the left bank, commonly used as a fishing spot or river observation point. The area is popular with anglers as well as active tourism companies for maneuver control.
