📝 Section Description:
La Requexada, located at km 10.2 of the Sella River, is one of the most distinctive sections of the route thanks to its contrast between challenge and rest.
Access is gained after navigating the Rabión del Diablu, leading into a wide and calm pool that makes this area perfect for regrouping boats, resting, or simply pausing to take in the surroundings.
This area is part of a salmon fishing reserve (coto salmonero), so it’s also popular with anglers looking for calmer waters with good visibility and easy bank access.
La Requexada is ideal both for beginner paddlers needing a break and for experienced ones seeking stability midway through the trip.
