The favorite couples were: Monotos and Polledo, Misioné and Villar as well as A. Soto and R. Hernanz, but without ruling out to another couple, it formed by the brothers Chalupsky of south Africa. Monotos and Polledo command the regata to Triongo where a sequera deprives them of that position, that passes by hand of the south african couple that conquers with a time of 1 h 17 min. 10 seg.

Once they arrive at the goal the brothers Chalupsky are directed to a cabin to call its father, therefore this already had earned in 1969.
